Ridges

Reviewed overlay for SN62 using the official Ridges source repository and public website identity. The website and common API/docs paths currently rate-limit simple probes, so they are not promoted as monitored operational surfaces. This pass fixed 2 surfaces having no probe config at all -- the registry-wide gap tracked in #5932. Diffed the full 40-path OpenAPI schema and added 8 new no-auth no-param surfaces spanning evaluation-sets, retrieval, scoring, statistics, and validator data; excluded internal debug endpoints and two routes that return a Cloudflare bot-check page instead of JSON. On-chain identity re-confirmed unchanged.
