Common API, health, OpenAPI, and Swagger probe paths currently return 404 and are not promoted as public operational API surfaces. Root->128 accuracy audit re-review pass (#5903): fixed 1 missing probe block; diffed the 27-path BASE Challenge Proxy OpenAPI schema, no new candidates promoted.
